During my time at Telesure Investment Holdings, I had the opportunity to work across several of their insurance brands, including Auto & General, Budget Insurance, and Dialdirect.
One of my proudest achievements was leading the redesign of the Auto & General mobile app and website. When I first joined the project, the app had limited functionality—its primary purpose was simply to let users change medical details. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, we reimagined it from the ground up, introducing features that aligned with modern insurance needs and improved overall usability. The redesigned app launched with a strong user response, achieving a positive +4-star rating, and remains one of the most well-received projects I’ve contributed to.



I also played a key role in redesigning Budget Insurance’s digital experience, ensuring consistency and accessibility across their online ecosystem.
Another highlight was creating the custom car avatars for drivers in the Dialdirect app—a project I’m especially proud of, as these illustrations were designed entirely from scratch to bring a more personal and playful touch to the brand’s digital identity.


Although my work on these projects was completed several years ago, I’m still proud of their continued success and the measurable impact they’ve had on both the business and its customers.
